Professional Development

Zeta women develop leadership skills by attending seminars, holding officer and committee positions within the chapter; and serving as a role models for the Sorority’s youth affiliates.   Zeta Phi Beta’s memberships includes women from various sectors and backgrounds, coming together for a common purpose to be community-conscious, action-oriented servants. This allows members to bring their talents and aspirations to the table, with other members and leaders in Zeta providing support and guidance along the way.  Zeta Phi Beta possesses an utmost desire to provide its members with continuous opportunities for professional development. Members, both collegiate and professional, have the opportunity to serve as officers on the local, state, regional, and national levels with regular participation in business procedures and practices, which are translatable to virtually any career. Zeta also offers a leadership certification trainings, Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL), to its members, which prepares Zeta’s emerging leaders.
